C’est la nouvelle année!
Pour bien la commencer, Speak English Center vous présente un court agenda des activités proposées à Grenoble pendant le mois de Janvier.
A partir du premier Janvier 2016, le centre La Casemate, situé place Saint-Laurent à Grenoble, vous propose son exposition “Climat VR”.
Au programme : Un espace immersif pour mieux comprendre le phénomène du réchauffement climatique. Grâce aux nouvelles technologies vidéo et de réalité virtuelle, soyez plongé au coeur des changements subis par notre planète.

Cette exposition, débutée en Novembre dernier, est dédiée à la peinture de l’artiste Georgia O’Keeffe et aux clichés des photographes contemporains de son cercle.
Vous pouvez toujours, jusqu’au 7 Février, vous rendre au Musée d’art contemporain de Grenoble où sont exposées 80 oeuvres venues des Etats Unis ainsi que d’Allemagne ou d’Espagne.

Avec la saison d’hiver, ce sont aussi les loisirs de neige qui reviennent. En plus des très fréquentées pistes de ski situées dans la région, d’autres activités sont proposées pour pleinement profiter de cette période.
A la patinoire Polesud de Grenoble, vous pourrez glisser librement ou perfectionner votre technique à quelques pas du centre commercial Grand Place. Tarifs et horaires sur le site Polesud.
Pour une sortie luge en famille ou entre amis, le site de la colline des bains, situé à Villard de Lans, vous propose un parcours spécial luge à ciel ouvert, non loin d’une charmante petite ville montagnarde à découvrir. Horaires et tarifs sur le site du parc.

La Casemate, a cultural center located on Place Saint Laurent in Grenoble, started their new exhibition “Climat VR” on the first of January.
Until the 13th of March, you will be able to explore an immersive and interactive setup, to better understand global warming. Thanks to video and Virtual Reality technologies, travel to the heart of the changes our planet goes through.

This exhibition , which began last November , is dedicated to Georgia O’Keeffe’s paintings and the work of photographers in her circle.
You have until the 7th of February to see 80 of these famous pieces of art from museums all around the world.

Winter is also the time to have some fun in the snow. Grenoble and the area are well-known for their extremely busy skiing resorts but there are several other activities to take advantage of the cold months!
You can go ice-skating until the end of April at the “PoleSud” rink. Located right next to Grand Place, you can go and glide around in the afternoons or evenings, with friends and family. More info and pricing here.
